Credit Terms are one percent (1%) Ten Days, Net 30 Days to established accounts. A one and a half percent (1 1/2%) per month service charge will be assessed on all past due accounts. No C.O.D. orders will be processed. If you would like to establish credit, please contact our Credit Manager at 1-800-635-6849. We are also able to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for payment.
Please use our “UPC” number as well as “Description” information when placing an order. Include pertinent information such as color and size, when necessary.
Freight is prepaid on orders of $1,000, except for Tier 4 which is $1,500. Commercial carriers selected by Greenwood Mop and Broom, Inc. will be used for all LTL shipments. All charges for UPS orders will be added to invoice amount unless shipped UPS Consignee or UPS Collect. Due to UPS requirements, all orders must be in cartons. Therefore, there will be a $3.00 per carton up-charge on deck mops and any handles which are normally packed in bundles.
Orders less than $300.00 will not be processed. Orders greater than $300 but less than the amount for Prepaid Freight are shipped Collect.
Private Label Policy
Greenwood has the capability to sew personalized labels in mop heads. This identification service is offered at a small up-charge. Refer to Page 6 for details.
Returned Goods Policy
Please examine your order upon receipt for any shortage or damage. If there is a problem, it must be noted on the delivery receipt and confirmed by the delivering carrier. Please immediately contact our Customer Service Department. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Returned Merchandise is subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge. Returned products will only be accepted after prior approval from our Customer Service Department. All returns must be shipped “prepaid” unless specifically authorized to return collect. If returned “Collect”, Greenwood Mop & Broom, Inc. will select the carrier. Private labels or obsolete and discontinued items cannot be returned. Merchandise older than 60 days cannot be returned for credit.
